The response time for your requests is between 30 and 90 days, depending on the requests received.

If your personal data has been compromised, the person responsible for the protection of personal data has the obligation to inform you within a maximum of 72 hours, in order to decide what the subsequent actions will be.

Your personal information can also be provided to the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, the courts and other competent bodies of the state, based on and within the limits of the legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.
